From Highway 75 North, take exit 43 for FM 535/Laud Howell Parkway. Turn left at the stop sign. At the second stop sign, turn right onto Trinity Falls Parkway/Weston Road and continue for 1.4 miles. Continue straight on Trinity Falls Parkway through Weston Road and Sweetwater Cove intersections. Stay right as Trinity Falls Parkway veers and turn left onto Sweetwater Cove. Turn right onto Lost Woods Way and the Model Home is on the left at 713 Lost Woods Way.
